TT Voicemail

You can access your voicemail by calling 121 from your handset.

To turn voicemail off: Dial 1210
To turn voicemail on: Dial 1211

To record a personal greeting follow these steps:

Dial 121
Choose Option 3
You will be presented with the below options:
Press 2 - To manage personal greeting
Press 3 - To manage name greeting
Press 9 - For Help

You can choose to set the ring count to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds To change the time follow these steps:

Using your phones keypad, enter  **61*121*11* 
Then enter the number of seconds you would like it to ring for (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30)
Then press #
And then press call
For example, enter **61*121*11*25# then call if you want your phone to ring for 25 seconds before your call goes to voicemail.
You will receive a message 'Call forwarding registration was successful' which confirms your request has been updated.

you can access your voicemail from your landline. To do this you will need to:

Dial your Mobile number from your handset
Allow the call to go to your voicemail
On hearing your voicemail greeting press 9
Enter your Security code*
You will now have access to your voicemail
* The security code will be set the first time you use your voicemail

Changing your Security code To change your security code on your voicemail follow these steps:

Dial 121 from your handset
Press 1 on the main menu
Press 4 for settings
Press 2 for security
Press 2 to change PIN
